  • Fundraising, Resource & Communications Manager – £26,900 per annum, Full Time (37.5 Hours per week), 33 days annual leave & health plan amongst other benefits. 

We are searching for an experienced and motivated individual to head up our fundraising, resource and communications team. The successful applicant will be personable, professional and able to clearly articulate our charities aims, impact and work to external audiences.

In this role, the successful applicant will take responsibility for line management and leadership of our experienced grant and events fundraisers as well as oversee our communications team (consists of marketing, PR and customer service). They will take personal responsibility for building lasting relationships with our current donors and Friends of YMCA Exeter and cultivating new relationships.

  • Support Worker (Full Time) – £20,250 per annum, Full Time (37.5 Hours per week), 33 days annual leave & health plan amongst other benefits. 

We are looking for a Support Worker (male or female) to join our professional team in providing support and advocacy for young people aged 16-29 who have previously experienced homelessness.

In this role, the successful applicant will take responsibility for working with a small number of young people using our support work programme and under the direction of an experienced manager. As part of a close supportive team, they’ll also be responsible for assisting in group sessions and activities with our young people and helping to facilitate the smooth running of our housing services.

  • Support Worker (Part Time) – £20,250 per annum, Part Time (hours are negotiable), Part Time equivalent to 33 days annual leave & health plan amongst other benefits. 

We are looking for a Part Time Support Worker (male or female) to join our professional team in providing support and advocacy for young people aged 16-29 who have previously experienced homelessness. This role is Part Time and we are open to negotiating the number of hours per week with the suitable candidate. The salary advertised will be pro-rata based on a Full Time position of 37.5 hours per week.
